Lake District

My trip to Skye didn't go too well, terrible organising, bad transport and horrible weather all played their parts, but never mind, I'll be back soon enough xD I'm leaving for the Lake District with =Turgoose a week tomorrow, so I should have a chance to make up for it xD I really want to go to Tarn Hows and Wastwater, but I'll have to see what =Turgoose thinks, he's the one driving xD If anyone has any other ideas of where we could go I'd love to hear them :)

I've been taking photographs for going on 3 years now, and although I haven't spent as much time on it as I would have liked I've fallen in love with landscape photography and I am now working on making it my profession.

I consider light and composition to be the most important elements in any photography, and without them even the most dramatic scene would be useless.

I use Canon cameras and lenses, Lee filters and a tripod. My photographs go through minimal processing, and although realism is not always my intention, I hope to capture a scene with all the drama I witnessed at the time, without adding too much later in Photoshop.
